A Savior
Unto us a child is born ... a deliver, preserver, one who abolishes death and brings life (II Timothy 1:10), our head (Eph 2:23) and just as the loss of one's head would result in death so the loss of our Head, our Savior, would result in death, He is our LORD and our hope (I Timothy 1:1)
May you grow in grace and knowledge of our LORD & Savior (II Peter 3:18), the Savior of the world whom the Father sent (I John 4:14). To Him be glory and majesty, dominion and power both now and forever. Amen. (Jude 1:25)
He born unto us "this day" ... what a very NOW message! Today is the day of salvation! Give us "this day" our daily bread (Matthew 6:11). He is the Bread of Life. "This day" if you will hear His voice do not harden your heart (Hebrews 3:7-8a, 15, 4:7) therefore exhort one another "this day" (Hebrews 3:13). He is the same yesterday, "this day" and forever! (Hebrews 13:8)
What will you do "this day" with this Savior? Will you go about your day buying and selling or this and that OR doing what is good and beautiful? Life is but a vapor! (James 4:13)

My heart's desire and prayer is to God for all of Israel to be saved (Romans 10:1).
Who is this child? This Savior? Yehoshua ~ YHVH our Salvation, the One who has come to save, deliver, liberate, save us from our battles and bring us victory. He is our Salvation (Luke 2:30) our Light and Glory (2:32) Pure and Brilliant.
What Child is this who, laid to rest on Mary's lap is sleeping?
Whom Angels greet with anthems sweet.
While shepherds watch are keeping?
This, this is Christ the King,
Whom shepherds guard and Angels sing;
Haste, haste, to bring Him laud,
The Babe, the Son of Mary.
