Excerpt from Psalms 108-112
My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing, I will sing praises, even with my soul ... I will awake early ... I will awaken the dawn! I will give thanks to You, O LORD, among the peoples, And I will sing praises to You among the nations. For your unfailing love is higher than the heavens - it is WAY out there!!! Beyond our imaginations ... Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds (and back!). Give us aid against the enemy, for the help of man is worthless. I am {in} prayer. Let me remember to show lovingkindness ... Your lovingkindness is good ... Halleluyah! Great are the works of the LORD; God's works are so great, worth a lifetime of study! Splendid and majestic is His work ... He has made His wonders to be remembered; The LORD is gracious and compassionate. He provides food to those who trust & fear him ... He has sent redemption to His people ... Holy and Awesome is His name. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do {His commandments;} His praise endures forever. Halleluyah! Praise the LORD! How blessed is the man who fears the LORD, Who greatly delights in His commandments, who cherishes and relishes his commandments . {He is} gracious and compassionate and righteous. Cause me to have a generosity that never runs dry. Heart ready, trusting in God, Spirit firm, unperturbed. Ever blessed, always relaxed ... A generosity that goes on, and on, and on. An honored life! A beautiful life!
